Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with 100% accuracy
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Process payroll for 200+ employees bi-weekly
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Develop financial forecasts and budget variance reports
- Collaborate with tax department for quarterly filings
- Maintain GAAP compliance and SOX documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel advanced functions
- Experience with daily pay processing systems
