Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Conduct detailed tax preparation and compliance for individual and business clients
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting systems
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions as needed
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records with strict confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent attention to detail with proven accuracy in financial documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Nevada CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- Previous experience with daily payroll processing systems
