Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Extended Reality) that will drive business growth.
- Future Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on global technology trends, regulatory changes, and market shifts to anticipate future industry needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to align technical vision with business objectives.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the internal innovation incubator, managing pilot projects and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for next-generation solutions.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor technology stacks and patent filings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships with academic institutions, tech startups, and research labs.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA with Tech focus), or a related field. Equivalent extensive experience will be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a strategic planning, R&D leadership, or senior technical management role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing paradigms.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating long-term visions into executable roadmaps and measurable business outcomes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
