Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for AI/ML, Quantum Computing, and Cybersecurity roles
- Leverage predictive analytics to forecast talent market shifts and proactively build pipelines
- Develop employer branding campaigns targeting passive candidates in emerging tech sectors
- Implement hybrid assessment methodologies combining technical evaluations with cultural alignment scoring
- Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure equitable hiring practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/ML or quantum computing focus
- Proficiency in AI-powered sourcing tools (SeekOut, HireEZ) and predictive analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes and talent ecosystems
- Certified in Behavioral Interviewing (CBI) and Data-Driven Recruitment
- Proven track record of hiring for roles requiring advanced degrees or specialized certifications
- Experience with compensation benchmarking for 2026 tech roles
