Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across emerging tech verticals
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for quantum AI integration and biotech convergence
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future strategies with market disruption
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic pioneers
- Translate complex foresight data into actionable business frameworks
- Drive patent strategy for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Mentor cross-functional teams in anticipatory design methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Experience building and scaling high-impact innovation ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical complexity to stakeholders
