Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 era, establishing long-term technical strategies and evaluating emerging technologies.
- System Design & Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable, and secure software architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify and prototype cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Readiness) to integrate into our core product lines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, uptime, and user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and define strategies for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving high-impact technical challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
