- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI and Machine Learning roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation data loads and AI inference.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary AI models, focusing on generative AI, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, designers, and executives to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
- Stay ahead of emerging tech trends and evaluate their potential application to maintain our competitive edge.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with evolving industry standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning architectures, and large language models.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical vision to non-technical stakeholders.
