Responsibilities
- Develop integrated strategic frameworks for 2026 technological adoption across 15+ industries
- Lead cross-functional task forces comprising engineers, economists, and futurists
- Produce horizon scanning reports identifying disruptive trends with 3-year impact windows
- Design resilience protocols for AI governance and quantum computing integration
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab, UN Sustainable Development Goals, and DARPA
- Present findings to C-suite executives and congressional subcommittees
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent discipline
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or government entities
- Published research in Nature Futures or peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi methodology and SWOT-PESTLE hybrids
- Proficiency in Python, R, and Tableau for trend visualization
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
