- Lead research initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and next-gen AI frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate emerging tech into enterprise architecture
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Present strategic technology forecasts to board members and industry stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in cutting-edge development methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or neural interface projects
- Expertise in decentralized AI systems and blockchain architectures
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future technologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
