- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies for future deployment
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year implementation potential
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof architecture and adaptive development methodologies
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 technology landscapes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends and translating them to business value
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, Web3, and AR/VR ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence for high-stake presentations
- Track record of launching at least two successful future-focused technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
