- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Create and manage technology innovation budgets with ROI-focused prioritization
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across global operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/VP-level roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
