Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technology evolution paths through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Design strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and bio-digital convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author whitepapers on ethical tech governance and responsible innovation frameworks
- Partner with C-suite to align corporate strategy with emerging tech opportunities
- Curate and maintain proprietary technology radar with 200+ emerging signals
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with documented 5+ year horizon forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AGI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market deployment
- Fluency in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 technology trend accuracy
