Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological paradigms (quantum, AGI, neurotech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop 10-year technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and commercial objectives
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping revolutionary applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Anticipate ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
- Drive innovation culture through futurism workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in technology foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two disruptive fields (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on 5-10 year technology strategy
