Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology landscape
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Develop future-proof product roadmaps with 5-year horizon planning
- Partner with CTO to integrate foresight into engineering roadmaps
- Present strategic vision to Fortune 500 clients and investors
- Build and lead an innovation incubator for moonshot projects
- Publish industry-shaping thought leadership and patents
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in foresight roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining innovations
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published author in technology or futurism journals
- Experience building and scaling innovation teams
