Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or product innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI/ML, Quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Expertise in futures methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in technology forecasting or innovation consulting
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
