Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technological roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Author white papers on future-proofing digital infrastructure
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic foresight analyses to executive leadership and investor groups
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Build and nurture an external network of futurists and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major tech platforms
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-suite audiences
