Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies aligned with long-term business objectives
- Create strategic roadmaps for technology adoption, including risk assessment and resource allocation models
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology evolution insights to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology implementation timelines
- Develop patent strategies and IP protection protocols for emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published research or white papers on technology evolution trends
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating technology forecasting accuracy (3+ years)
