Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI integration, quantum applications, and green tech
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build and manage a network of industry experts and academic collaborators
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and stakeholders
