- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for post-2026 innovation horizons
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AGI
- Partner with Fortune 100 CTOs to shape industry-wide technological standards
- Present strategic frameworks to board members and institutional investors
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on emerging tech ecosystems
- Manage $50M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Author white papers that influence global technology policy discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market dominance
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology transformation
- Prior publications in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite, investors, and government bodies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic preferred for global collaboration
