Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology foresight framework for enterprise innovation pipeline
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech trends to business opportunities
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports with predictive market analysis
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research institutions and tech pioneers
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for exponential technologies
- Advose executive leadership on technology adoption risks and opportunities
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI, etc.)
- Experience developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong publication record in tech foresight or innovation thought leadership
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies preferred
