Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight framework for AI, quantum, and climate tech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and ethics teams
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for C-suite on emerging regulatory and ethical landscapes
- Design human-centered protocols for neuro-interactive interfaces and augmented cognition
- Partner with academic institutions to commercialize breakthrough research
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact on ESG metrics
- Chair quarterly 'Future Proofing' workshops with industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on human-AI collaboration frameworks
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and sustainable blockchain design
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools like Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi methodology
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for emerging tech initiatives
- Speaker credentials at Web Summit or CES in the last 3 years
