Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen digital solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
- Produce annual technology impact assessments for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI governance, blockchain infrastructure, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience scaling tech operations from $50M to $500M+ ARR
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and risk modeling frameworks
