You'll influence how organizations prepare for the technological paradigm shifts of 2026 and beyond, ensuring our solutions remain at the vanguard of human progress.
Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends through 2026-2030 horizon (quantum computing, synthetic biology, spatial computing)
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption patterns
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing product concepts and user experiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation technology applications
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry conferences
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible deployment of transformative technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors affecting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technological dots
- Published author or frequent speaker at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Experience managing cross-cultural, geographically distributed innovation teams
