Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, IoT, and decentralized systems
- Lead moonshot projects in quantum-resistant cryptography and neuromorphic computing
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with 2026 market forecasts
- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging technology adoption
- Curate annual Tech Horizon Scanning reports for executive stakeholders
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech innovation pod
- Represent company at global tech foresight summits
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience scaling tech teams for exponential growth phases
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology convergence points
