- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Design and oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership content on industry evolution and future trends
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology adoption strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
