Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ ecosystem integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, neurotech) and commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Produce strategic whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Advise C-suite on tech adoption and risk mitigation strategies
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research in technology foresight or innovation journals
- Strong proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
