As a key member of our Advanced Research Division, you'll lead cross-functional teams to prototype, test, and deploy breakthrough solutions in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI. You'll collaborate with MIT-caliber researchers, Fortune 500 partners, and government agencies to shape the technological paradigms of the coming decade.
Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and regulatory frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-secure cryptography and decentralized AI systems
- Partner with Stanford's Future Tech Lab to incubate emerging innovations
- Develop patent-pending solutions for climate-resilient infrastructure automation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and federal technology councils
- Mentor a team of 12 engineers and designers in speculative prototyping
- Drive adoption of ISO 20700-compliant ethical AI frameworks across product lines
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of deploying solutions at Gartner Hype Cycle Stage 2 or beyond
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on human-AI symbiosis by 2025
- Certification in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Experience securing DARPA or EU Horizon Europe innovation grants
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 stack and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
