- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year market evolution
- Lead ideation workshops with engineering and product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present trend analyses to stakeholders through executive briefings and white papers
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory innovation
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global technology summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ case studies)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, quantum computing, and neurotech convergence
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or Master's degree in Technology Futures, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published author in technology foresight publications (e.g., IEEE Foresight)
