Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on innovation strategies
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS in CS/Tech Policy preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
