- Author whitepapers on decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, CES, Web Summit)
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for experimental tech projects
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging tech incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in deploying blockchain at enterprise scale
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough consumer tech products
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Patent portfolio with ≥3 granted AI/ML innovations
- Experience with ISO 27001 and NIST quantum security standards
