- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical frameworks affecting future deployments

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum systems, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
