- Translate theoretical innovations into patentable commercial applications
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external venture partners
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers in emerging technology specializations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI breakthroughs
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Experience securing $10M+ in federal research grants or VC funding
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor scaling and quantum error correction
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
