Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital ecosystems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI neural interfaces, and spatial computing
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into commercial solutions
- Present strategic tech forecasts to executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging tech implementation best practices
- Secure patents for proprietary innovations in human-machine interaction
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AR/VR development, or neuromorphic AI
- Proven track record of shipping breakthrough products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, and hardware integration
- Experience with agile methodologies in R&D environments
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
