- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips) into production environments
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance by 2025
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable tech solutions targeting net-zero operational impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on future-tech initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent with focus on quantum/AI systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI systems to enterprise-level (>10M users)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and neuromorphic computing
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones
