Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 3-year technology foresight roadmap aligned with emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate future market opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for next-gen technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of future technology adoption
- Build and manage a network of industry thought leaders and innovators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, bio-integration)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience across executive and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
