- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present future technology scenarios to board members and investors
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure and resource optimization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong background in AI/ML system architecture and implementation
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
- Experience with federal grant applications for R&D initiatives
