Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams developing breakthrough consumer and enterprise products
- Partner with global research institutions on patent-worthy innovations
- Drive ethical AI frameworks and carbon-neutral tech implementation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Innovation Academy
- Identify emerging tech disruptions and pivot strategies proactively
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in quantum computing or generative AI
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks
- Experience scaling teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused projects or white papers
