Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with academic research institutions and tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership positioning QuantumLeap as a 2026 technology authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and research institutions
- Advanced degree in relevant technical field or MBA preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
