Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical expertise
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging tech
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum
- Certified in Technology Foresight (TFI)
