Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology vision and implementation roadmap across all business units
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) with 5-10 year market potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for long-term technology adoption and ROI
- Guide ethical frameworks for next-generation technology deployment
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in foresight or innovation leadership
- Published research on emerging technology trends or future scenarios
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
