What You'll Experience:

Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for post-2025 adoption of quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging threats/opportunities in synthetic biology and neuromorphic computing
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and government innovation councils
- Author white papers on ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Manage $5M annual R&D portfolio for experimental technologies
- Partner with academic institutions to co-develop 2026 certification standards
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computational Futures, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in emerging tech strategy at FAANG or equivalent
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on post-quantum architectures
- Deep expertise in exponential technology convergence patterns
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized futuristic innovations
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/Rust required)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
