Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with organizational vision
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and emerging fields
- Lead strategic innovation workshops and collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development
- Author thought leadership content and represent the company at industry conferences
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation initiatives
- Maintain competitive intelligence through market research and academic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Delphi 2.0)
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Published work or patents in emerging technology domains preferred
