Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0) with 2026 implementation targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into existing platforms
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Produce annual technology foresight reports for stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Strong background in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and trend analysis platforms
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
