Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with global market trends and regulatory frameworks
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid research initiatives to solve complex computational challenges
- Architect sustainable technology frameworks for carbon-negative digital infrastructure
- Direct cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers, researchers, and product strategists
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and EU Quantum Hubs for collaborative innovation
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with actionable insights
- Drive adoption of emerging standards in federated learning and decentralized AI systems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in quantum/AI leadership roles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Expertise in developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Experience securing $10M+ in research grants or venture funding for emerging tech
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and evolving global tech governance frameworks
