Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with global market trends and business objectives

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies for co-innovation
- Present futuristic technology visions to C-suite executives, investors, and industry consortiums
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies with 3-7 year impact horizons
- Drive internal culture of exponential innovation through hackathons and future-focused workshops
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums shaping 2026 technology standards
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism, R&D leadership, or exponential tech roles
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence, or climate tech

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field preferred
