Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market signals
- Develop strategic partnerships with research labs and technology pioneers
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and secure innovation funding
- Establish KPIs to track technological adoption and market readiness
- Mentor next-generation technologists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (AI ethics, biotech convergence, Web3 infrastructure)
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight publications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
