Responsibilities

- Develop technology adoption roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for next-gen tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive R&D investments in frontier technologies with measurable ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight certification
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry publications
