- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications on post-2025 digital transformation trends
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technologies
- Build and lead a global team of futurists and technology strategists
- Establish industry partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or IoT convergence ecosystems
- Published thought leader in tech futurism with 10+ industry publications
- Executive experience scaling innovation teams (50+ personnel)
- MBA/MS in Technology Management or equivalent strategic certification
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Track record of driving multi-million dollar tech innovation initiatives
- Network of relationships with futurist communities (e.g., Singularity University, Foresight Alliance)
