- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in future-casting methodologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Track record of launching successful R&D initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
