Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives on emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology interfaces) and translate insights into actionable blueprints
- Design human-centric AI frameworks balancing innovation with ethical governance and privacy by design principles
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Develop patent-pending solutions for autonomous infrastructure and climate-resilient smart ecosystems
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile deployment of futuristic technologies
- Present visionary insights at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record architecting solutions for 2025+ technology horizons (quantum applications, AGI frameworks)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics, quantum cryptography, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and Neural Architecture Search (NAS)
- Experience leading international teams in developing ISO-certified futuristic tech standards
- Portfolio of deployed systems predicting/creating 2026 technological paradigms
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and digital sovereignty
